Killer power not working

I was playing cenobite (I forgot the map) and a little bit into the game, I suddenly became unable to summon my chains and teleport to the box. I became an M1 killer for no apparent reason. I was playing on Xbox series X. Still ended up with a 2k though👌 (edit, this just happened again on a different map. This time the farm)
