Getting disconnected during the game

While I was in the middle of match and working on gens I randomly got disconnected once again the first time it happened I thought maybe it was just my internet lagging but then once this happens more than once to me in the middle of matches I don’t think it’s my internet i tested my internet even reset my router nothing worked still getting disconnected I’m on PlayStation 5
