Twitch drops charm - sus

Is this the charm that we are supposed to get via Twitch drops? The picture matches what BHVR tweeted, BUT 2 things are off:
- in the game it's named "Creepy Pocket Spa", but in the tweet, twitch drops and BHVR DBD website it's named "Hatch Micro Playset Charm"
- unlike the Hag arm and Élodie shirt (which belong to "Tricks and Treats" collection), this belongs to "Playtime Collection".
So... Did I have this charm from before, or is it brand new? I can't tell because I only got the pop-up for the Hag arm when I logged into the game.

2 different charms. One is via drops the other will be via newsletter. Also people have been reporting that some stuff isn't in the inventory so you night have the bug if you are missing it.

I just want a confirmation that the charm in the screenshot is the one from the twitch drops, because their names and the collection name are mismatched.
The newsletter charm has a person with their torso open-ed up, it's a different charm, I think.
