Pinhead possed chain bug

While playing as pinhead you can use your possed chain at the start of the match. until you pick up the box.
For some reason this pauses your ability recharge and stops you from using it in any way. if u dont havbe to recharge it, the game just does not give you the option to use your chain.
Please fix :c
