Reworked the design of the perk, “Genetic Limits”
Around you, the limits of human life becomes readily apparent.
When a Survivor finishes the healing action, they suffer from 6% Hindered and Blindness status effects for 6/9/12 seconds.
Hindered reduces Survivor movement speed. Blindness prevents Survivors from seeing auras.

I actually think that genetic limits is a decent perk and it doesn't need to be changed.

I would rework it to be something like whenever a survivor is put into dying state, they bleed out 5%/10%/15% faster.

They should just buff the Exhausted timer it gives. That and make it apply to all Survivors in the healing action, not just the healing Survivor.
It doesn't need a full rework, only some buffs.

why not? it works perfectly with forced hesitation perk.
