The 2 License That I Think Have The Highest Chance To Be Chapter 30
Predator.
Let's start with the obvious one Predator. Since the chapter is only a killer with no map or survivor and the Grid Xenomorph being in the game Predator makes sense. They could throw in a Survivor from Predator like Arnold but, they possibly may hold him back for possibly a Terminator chapter in the future.
Slender Man.
Now hear me out, while I know Slender Man isn't technically a "Big L" license his relevance is making a comeback with Slender The Arrival getting a full graphic overhaul, new chapters to the story, multiplayer, mods, and potentially another game in the future called (S) The Lost Chapters. He may not be a big license in most media now a days and there possibly could be difficulties with past real events surrounding the character but, the fact that Blue Isle Studios is bringing back the character after 10 years would be a great time for him to cross over into DBD.
Quick mention with FNAF though. While yes this year FNAF has been strong with Security Breach's Ruin DLC, the movie soon to release and Help Wanted 2 at the end of this year it would be a perfect time to bring in William Afton into the fog or potentially someone else as a killer. However, I don't think it's gonna be this chapter, I think BHVR would want to explore a map that they could throw into DBD from FNAF and the Survivor potentially could be Vanessa or Michael Afton.

I'm not sure if we'd get another woods map. I get we don't have a jungle as a map but, we have Shelter Woods and Mother's Dwelling which are perfect environments which fit the predator vibes.

Slender could be interesting. We already have a failed Predator wannabe in the game, I'd rather have the horror/creepy vibe.

The problem with Predator is he isn’t your typical “killer”.
They hunt for the love of it, not for evil intentions. In Alien VS Predator, Scar (the main Predator in the movie) saves the heroine multiple times, including impaling the Queen Xeno through the head with his spear at the end.
Not exactly the actions of an inherently evil creature.

We didn't get Arnold in Mortal Kombat X, so not sure what you're point is. Predator can have the Red Forest map. Predator by itself will be just fine. Slenderman would also be very fitting.
The Entity tricked him...blah blah blah. They can always just write something in to make it work.
Candyman always has a good shot in my book. Could be so. The fact that we got the "Grid Alien" skin for the Xenomorph is almost certainly telling us that Predator is coming at some point so why not next? I mean Alien Vs Predator is in fact an entirely different license than just Alien, and the "Grid Alien" only appears in Alien Vs Predator.. It seems very clear that we will get Predator at some point, but will it be next? We'll just have to wait and see.

There are a few licensed killers that lore wise don't really make sense as to why they follow the Entity's game.

Yea kind of how Pinhead actually puts Survivors over his shoulder and carries them to hooks. He would never do that in the lore. He would use smaller hooks to drag them, kicking and screaming, to the bigger hooks. xD

If they keep up with the Sci-Fi theme they've been doing this year it's the most likely one.

I think that's the reason they won't, though. Predator is 100% coming, but I don't know about next.

DBD goes against Predator’s code of honor
…they don’t kill the unarmed.
While I understand Disney (or whomever) would license it, the sense of defamation against such a upstanding character trait of this beloved icon is kinda extreme, and imo degrading.
Predators kill for sport, not because The Entity puppeteers them around a realm; not just killing unweaponized Survivors, but forcing them to do so in unsportsmanlike fashion by cold blood killing, merely to appease her. Everything about this idea completely goes against their race’s or tribe’s principles.
Just seems wrong and unfair to the Predators and their ancestry to be forced into this game.

They'd just create lore around it. The entity corrupted it, or promised it freedom once it did its bidding, etc. It could be a rogue Predator, exiled from the others.
Plague isn't inherently evil either, and the case could be made for Trapper too, who was heavily abused iirc. Pyramid Head shouldn't even really be in the game, since he's a manifestation of James' guilt and only he is supposed to see him.

When I saw the first predator in theaters, it was an amazing film. The second one was a great sequel. They should have stopped there with the movies. The comics and graphic novels did them a lot of justice. I don’t want predator in DBD. It would be butchered.

except when they do... not all of them are honorable killers. including some of the ones we see in the movies.

they are hunting with insanely superior tech. it's so unfair that they even pretending to be honorable is kinda laughable.
"so I had this very honorable kill, I was fully invisible and one shot the guy who had no idea I was even there with my plasmacaster. The friends of the guy got kinda pissed so I very honorably ran the ######### away while they fired at the forest. a lot. it's ok, I jumped this other guy while he was distracted and had no back up, in a very honorable way of course"
"upstanding character"... they are big game hunters. they just create rules to have some amount of challenge and/or fun and have basically no real issue breaking them when they see fit.
I like the yautja too, but let's not pretend like they are some paragon of morality here. they literally do the fps thing where someone throws a grenade at their own feet so the opponent doesn't get the kill.
