Haddonfield - Extremely high GPU usage in a few areas

When near the cop car in front of the Myers' house, GPU usage sky rockets to near max utilization; resulting in frame-rate to drop and latency to increase.
The same occurs when in the basement of the house of pain; specifically behind the staircase near the generator room.
