PS4 gameplay is laggy since update

Most noticeable while playing killer. Survivors twitch all over the place while running and then some will randomly 360 me like they've got 15% haste. I'm a veteran, been playing since before we had tomes. My camera sensitivity is at 85% and no one has been able to 360 me for a long time. I checked my internet, haven't had problems in any other game. Issue only arose since update.

F this. I'm done. Absolutely unplayable game for the last 10 days. I guess I'll do the event Tome if I can stomach even another minute of this.
