Can't trap front gate RPD as Trapper

Description: the ######### event portal blocks the ability to place a trap in front of the exit gate lever on RPD and seems to always spawn there (or at least have a strong chance of spawning there)
Steps to reproduce: load into RPD, try to use your power, be cucked by the event
Frequency: seemingly always, the portals seem to have pretty fixed spawn points on RPD
