Balanced Landing minor buff suggestion. Falls always silent.

Balanced Landing should have the additional effect of silence survivor falling and landing sounds at all times, regardless of whether they are exhausted or not.
Balanced Landing has a lot of drawbacks compared to other exhaustion perks and is very map dependent. Some maps can be incredibly restrictive like Lery's where its possible to have all the possible activation points in just the main area, meaning the perk is useless on the majority of the map. This map dependency makes the perk much more inconsistent and harder to get value out of compared to other exhaustion perks.
As a result I do not think it is unreasonable for Balanced Landing to receive such a minor buff to help survivors get more consistent value from it where they can. Making the silencing aspect of it active at all times could allow survivors to creatively escape or sneak by the killer when the might otherwise have been unable to due to a falling sound. It wouldn't be game changing but it seems simple to implement and would be a nice quality of life buff to those who use it. It would allow players to find ways to get greater functionality out of it and would help bridge the gap between it and other exhaustion perks.
