Neverending Dedicated Server Disconnects

Hello!

Everytime I play, whether survivor or killer, at some point in the match I am disconnected with the message in te picture below. It is not my internet, I had the best ping to of my whole team and I was still connected to my internet as well. This has not happened until the SM rework update last week. Please help!!! I have attached logs as well.
