Some Of The New Killer weapons over past year covering up most of screen

This can make it very difficult when a huge portion of your screen is obstructed an i'm having to chase people from weird angles just to be able to see them which is turn is making me dizzy

What are some possible solutions to this problem other than not having those weapons equipped
