Map-breaking bug on Mt Ormund

I was playing killer, Trapper on PS5 and couldn’t move around an upright pallet on the top floor of main building where the drop-off is between both stairways overlooking side of map opposite the Killer Shack. I went around to other side, and still couldn’t. Survivor proceeded to “Vault” the Upright Pallet, and I couldn’t do anything to stop it. Survivors proceeded to abuse this location and I was unable to do anything all game.
