Playing on PC: Steam.

Have watched DbD streamers, and claimed twitch drops.

Have connected and double-checked connection.

Have checked Hag (Candy Knife), Elodie (Skull T-Shirt) and both survivors and killers for the hatch minigame charm. None of them appear.

Please advise.
