[PC, All Platforms] - Quentin Smith's face is missing scratches

Quentin Smith was added as part of the Nightmare on Elm Street DLC. Due to his story being tied directly with its killer, BHVR gave him scratch marks on his face resembling wounds inflected by Freddy Krueger. Since the survivors graphical rework, these scratch marks are missing. They are an important part of the character and need to be added back.
Step 1: boot the game
Step 2: select Playing as Survivor
Step 3: select Quentin Smith at least P6
Step 4: equip the Prestige 6 reward, bloody face cosmetic
