Game Crashing when playing killer

When I try and play as killer I get disconnected from the game and get a penalty for leaving the game and have to wait until the restriction is over. Some times this happens at the start of the game, the middle of the game, or anytime during the game. I think I have tried to play as survivor as well and this happened too.
