Perk level in match is inaccurate.

I've been using Tier 1 plot twist and just before this match purchased the upgrades in the blood web to get it to tier 3 when the match started I noticed that my plot twist was still Level 1 but in the end game Lobby it showed that my plot twist was supposed to be a level 3.
I am on PS4.
After losing connection to the server due to suspending the application the issue is fixed

I have now also experienced this issue with deathslinger and Pyramid Head with retribution and trail of Torment respectively.
