Toolboxes Refill 50% for No Reason

This has happened twice today. First playing as Jonathan with a Masquerade toolbox and now as Nancy finding a purple one from a chest. After they are fully depleted, they refill 50% platform Nintendo Switch.

    Summoning haunts can refill your held item by 50%. It's a Halloween event thing, not a bug.

    It's part of the event. If you release a Haunt from the void, it recharges your item to 50%.
