Scarecrow jake charm not in inventory after buying

I'm playing the Haunted by Daylight event (Oct 2023) and I just purchased the Scarecrow Jake charm but it does not appear in my in game library of charms awarded or purchased. Everything else so far does. This is the only event item that is not available to equip or search for.
