Little Sweetie Charm Issue

Been having an issue since the event started, i unlocked the little sweetie charm first couple of hours of the event, and i dont have it in my selections. i know there was an issue where unlocks where not showing credit for a little bit, i'm not having that issue, its just the little sweetie charm. i've looked around to see if maybe it was to be granted on the last day, or maybe i missed something about it, but can't find anything. anyone have the little sweetie charm unlocked and it not showing in their collection?
