Nurse's Add ons

Why is no one talking about Nurse's add ons? Every Nurse i face keep using both Heavy Panting (+30% lunge) and Fragile Wheeze (+mangled on hit). Heavy Panting in particular is so good on her that i would say it's as oppressive as Alchemist Ring for the value it gets, with 0 downsides. Can we change those with someone more "chill", like her yellow ones? She really should be the last killer who gets add ons to power up an already very lethal base-kit.

The thing is good nurse players don't need them and not even strong as old addons she had.

Heavy Painting is a bit overrated. Keepsake and addons which reduce her exhaustion time are much better than that imo.

I don't mind the addon disappears or not but my opinion is there aren't addons that make her more oppressive at this point.

I dont think that Heavy Panting is that problematic. But I also rarely see it on Nurse.

Fragile Wheeze on the other hand should not exist. I dont really know who had the "smart" idea to remove her interaction with Sloppy Butcher just to give the Killer who does not need Add Ons (aka can run whatever the player wants) an Add On which inflicts Mangled. So a Perk Slot is free and she gets Mangled for just an Add On-Slot which she would not need anyway. Genius move!

Nurse power itself is game breaking and feels like cheating.

The addons are just the cherry on top.

I'm fine with them, because I know how the addons where before. You dont want to play against a double range nurse...

Especially not when it gave her extra speed.

I'm not fine with nurse power though.

It's her two general addons that will always be usefull no metter what map or build or playstyle you do. That's why is the most usefull and popular.

Every Killer has these kinds of addons.

I mean the addons as they are now I feel are the most balanced they've ever been from when I started playing about 2 years ago and from what I've heard the vets say about times before that. Complaining about her add-ons isn't the way to go about it. She needs no addons as her basekit is more than enough to deal with most pubs. You should be advocating for a more punishing fatigue system or something like a matchbox base kit. I'm a p91 nurse that's currently doing no addons or perks until p100.

I think people gave up. They've expressed she doesn't belong in dbd, breaks the game etc for years and get ignored.

Now we have in game an extremely powerful alien and yet a girl in a nurse dress is more powerful. I've given up trying to rationalize it lol. It's ridiculous.

Mangled is one only way for Nurse to get instant downs because exposed perk got nerfed on her. Heavy painting is strong for weaker nurses because if you a bit off blinks, extra lunge helps you be less precise and it is her best add-on for anti-loop for experienced nurses.

The only add-on that give anti-loop/upgrade her power is 2 iri add-on's but they change nurse's gameplay in negative ways for people to run them. 3 blink is as good heavy panting but why bother with higher cooldown. 1 blink is also strong but you play more like m1 killer and blink whenever people throw pallets/windows. I find 1 blink hilarious because dev once said that deathslinger canceling ADS to m1 you at the windows was bad gameplay yet.... why is that in the game? /shrug.

Heavy Panting should be 20% instead of 30% and the Mangled addon should only apply if you get a one-blink hit (doesn’t work if you chain blink).
