PS4 to PS5 transfer

I recently switched to ps5 and lost a lot of my characters including Jeff, Adam, Kate, Nancy, Steve, The Legion, The spirit , The clown and The demogorgon. I don’t know why this happened but I will provide pictures as evidence that I did have the characters on the same account.
