Bot priorities are all wrong

Here is a clip of me chasing a bot for more than 2 minutes to get them to finish my heal (about 95% healed already), and the bot actively avoiding me and then leaving before healing me through the gate. Bot priorities are all wrong, why wouldn't it heal an injured teammate that it had close for such a long time?
