Jolt/Surge buff?
I am not talking about the damage it does, but more so about the radius. Especially on bigger maps (most of them) you hardly get any value from the perk (32 meters). The 8% is not that much, I wouldn't mind them increasing the range.

i kinda wish they brag back old ptb demo jolt that had 12%.

Its a very niche perk, it has a range limit, basic attack requirement, all for 8%, just make it apply to ~2 closest gens and its a goated perk

Jolt is, like, one of the most used perks in the game. I don't think it needs any buff....

It being used a lot doesn’t mean it doesn’t deserve a buff. Flashbang is a great perk but not used a lot. Doesn’t mean it needs a buff. The same works the other way around.

Letting go of a gen and missing a skill check does more damage. And half of the time Jolt doesn't connect. Ok...

Actually, that's exactly what it means. Being used a lot means killers are getting a lot of value from it. People tend to bring perks they get value from.

it is used a lot because it is a free perk, so a lot of newer players use it; not because it is good.

Now 2 floor maps are hit by it fully. This would need a big nerf to its verticality.

There's plenty of free perks that are very strong. Bitter Murmur, NOED, Claustrophobia, Sloppy. Besides, "free perk only" category of players accounts for a very small portion of the playerbase. Typically, players have access to a lot more perks after a few dozen hours.

Absolutely not. Bhvr has nerfed every other regression perk into the ground but somehow overlooked this one. It might not be that great but it is the most consistent of all we got. Buff it any and they'll wind up nerfing it below what it is currently. It's just what they do.

its fine as is. Its not only slowdown but a good time saver from kicking gens etc.

It's already a great perk, definitely doesn't need to be buffed.
