I'm japanese so my English is really bad.

I'm "new" to this game(400h) and just went against a japanese streamer that was tbagging, spaming flashlight ingame which I know its not bannable but trash talking using very strong words every single match and he was accusing me of hacks after losing, telling viewers to report me using the clip.

I don't know alot about the rules of this game but in other game that I play alot(ffxiv) its a bannable offense.

I understand that there are wierdos on internet and should forget about him but I feel very unconfortable after seeing him saying bad stuff to me and viewers(there were about 100 at that time) saying that I'm hacking for sure.

Should I report this streamer?

that might be against twitch's tos (or whatever platform they are streaming on) even if bhvr can't/won't do anything about it. i'd chase that.

As @NerfDHalready said : report the streamer to Twitch.

    Your English is quite good.

    The game rules are here.

    In short

1: Anything that happens outside of DbD falls under that platform. So if the person is misbehaving on Twitch, report it to Twitch.

2: Hateful speech in the end game chat can result in a ban, though from what I understand it takes quite a lot for BHVR to move on this but I don't know how they decide the issue on other language regions. If it happened in DbD a report could help, but if it happened on Twitch, its a Twitch issue.

Unfortunately you can use the “R” word on Twitch.

I hate it, but it is allowed. A L on Twitch’s part in my opinion, but yeah. Twitch won’t do anything.

Here's a page to the Twitch community guidelines - What you'll likely want to look for is the category for harassment and handle it through Twitch that way.

    https://safety.twitch.tv/s/article/Community-Guidelines?language=en_US#12Harassment

For some reason this forum keeps embedding and showing a video that doesn't exist so I'll screencap what I'm trying to show.

I'm responding with this to address this comment

telling viewers to report me using the clip.

I recommend fully reading through that and if you feel it applies to you then you should probably submit a report.

As others already mentioned, things that happen outside of the game need to be reported to the platform, in this case Twitch.
