I don't know if I can make killer suggestions here, but might as well try.

Chapter name: Feast of Flesh

Killer Name: The Butcher

Power: Butcher's Fury(WIP)

Ability 1:Butcher's March) The Butcher Lets out a roar and charges Forward (Oni Style Movement with Hillbilly speed) any survivor that comes into contact with the butcher will lose a health state. Breaks pallets and walls

Ability 2: Hamstring) The butcher throws out his hook (15-20 meters) injuring any survivor it hits, if they are already injured the it applies deep wound, this also applies hemorrhage and mangled

Perk 1: Fresh Meat) When you hook a survivor all other survivors scream and are exposed for 20/25/30 seconds

Perk 2: From the Firey Depths) At the start of the match you are undetectable until you cause a survivor to lose a health state.

Perk 3: Punish the Foolish) Anytime a survivor breaks or blesses a totem they gain the Oblivious and Exposed status effects for 50/55/60 seconds.

The Butcher is a Bloodthirsty Killer who's power allows him to make it hard to lose him in chase, his perks help him to be stealthy in the early game, and Expose survivors.
