"Background Player" greatly hinders the playability of Killer.

A 200% speed increase is definitely OP, so if you don't at least bring it back to the 150% era, it won't be fun to be a killer.

    I don't think it's overpowered on its own, but if a SWF party whose goal is to abuse Killer players and work together using voice chat, it's a perk that can end a match without ever getting hung up on the hook. with CoH, a solo survivor. The balancing between VCPT is hopelessly lame after all these years.

    It is OP. When you can't discern a cheater using hacks from someone using a perk, we have a problem. I don't know who though that making it 200% speed was a good idea, but he was wrong.
