Nea's Halloween shirt is missing (?) her bracelet.

On multiple occasions, the promotional material for the event shows Nea's cosmetic having a bracelet on her arm like the "Bad Cat" shirt, as it is just a reskin of it. In-game, however, the bracelet is nowhere to be found.
side note: the bracelet has also been removed from the original "Bad Cat" shirt.
