Broken Lighbulb not appearing in the bloodweb

Hi there, i've done at least 10 prestige progress on different characters and i noticed a considerable decrease in chances of the flashlight addon of the broken bulb (the event addon), i have screenshots for comparison. Mind extending the event at this point if possible?
I really enjoyed it but i dont want it ruined by a silly bug.
