deathslinger needs more than faster reload speed

Imo, deathslinger should be a 4.6 killer (like the trickster), or have a smaller terror radius

the new version of mft ONLY affects deathslinger power (and maybe legion), even if he´s not trying to tunnel, increasing his speed would make mft a really amazing perk against him, but it wouldn´t make his life completely miserable
