There are too many add ons and offerings for survivor
Shrouds, Luck offerings, hatch blueprints, multiple add ons for toolboxes, medkits, flashlights, hook spread offerings, key add ons, and fog density, map offerings, map add ons, bp offerings, not to mention items fighting for room in the web. During events like this we also have even more offerings. Over 60% of my inventory never sees use and has amassed in the hundreds. That equates to me as wasted bp.
Luck is useless- I honestly think this needs a rework. Unless the team is a swf stacking jars of salty lips luck does absolutely nothing but add a symbol next to the status bar.
I think it should be retired or reworked.
Ideas for luck include chance of silenced skillchecks that are missed, chance of gen randomly stopping regression after a kick, or chance of not being spotted once or twice a game with killer aura perks. A lucky chime could play for the survivor when the luck takes affect. This would let them know that their offering is actually working.
Shroud offerings are more useless than Luck. I run bond often and nearly every match I spawn near everyone anyway or off by myself and the other players are not far behind. The killer is always far away and lethal pursuer negates even that, especially with killers that can cross the map in seconds. I think these offerings should be retired.
Hatch blueprint offerings- Iwish they had never been put in the game, but my suggestion is to make them something other than brown so they don't compete with the other common offerings for space.
Key add ons- reworks are sorely needed. I can't believe how old some of these add ons and offerings are. Killers get a pass on add ons all the time, but survivors only when nerfs take place. No need for purple weaved ring. Few people want to keep useless keys to go into another game. Same with unique wedding ring. It also isn't that clutch to make it rare. I've been using mine lately to test how helpful it is but honestly I have NEVER seen another survivor with this on a key. Eroded token? Better off just to have bond. Prayer rope=delete. It is redudant to Prayer Beads with a 5 sec difference.
Map add ons-I feel the yellow add ons could be combined to just two or three add ons. These were created back when most add ons could only do one thing and are sorely outdated. Maybe make a small penalty to use like increased map depletion for the convenience but having to decide between tracking a gate during an EG you might not even reach, and slowing down map burn makes yellow wire almost useless. Especially since the gates literally have set spawn variations and light up before EGC.
medkit add ons- it is what it is. We all know that add ons dependant on great skill check progression see little use compared to extra charges and built-in speed.
Toolbox add ons- please combine some add ons. There are too many.
Fog density- in my opinion should be retired like lighting offerings or if not paired down to one offering for the fog.
BP offerings- these give me a headache. There are too many offerings and too many categories that are very situational. Use an offering for altruism, but you have teammates doing a safe unhook or heal rift challenge and you can barely get any points. Use a bold offering and you barely get chased. My suggestion is to cut the generation of these offerings in the web way down and increase more envelope offerings or cakes that represent all categories. Same for killer.
I probably missed something but I'm getting fatigued here wracking my brain just like I do when I'm faced with a web of offerings I'll never use and I see used very seldomly or not at all by teammates. Please consider tackling offerings and add ons in a future update.

There are so many offerings that should just be trimmed from the game / condensed into fewer offerings, for survivor you have
6 luck offerings
16 blood point offerings
2 hatch offerings
2 basement offerings
2 coin offerings
4 fog offerings
1 oak offering
2 ward offerings
3 shroud offerings
20 map offerings
58 offerings... its just too much
to cull it down a little bit here are some changes I think would be resonable
Condense bp offerings from 16 to 7
How?
Bp offerings 50/75/100% offerings all just become 100% in that category, instantly 8 offerings are gone, 13% of the offerings gone in one change
25% solo offering becomes 25% all offering, simple changes and 9 total offerings condensed
Luck offering, condense solo and group luck offering, into 1 offering, only the jar of salty lips, not like any of the other ones are used so just condense it all into the one thats used, 5 offerings gone total of 14 offerings condensed
Basement offerings, survivor really just shouldn't have these, they don't ever get used by either side but I don't think survivors really should have control over it even if it did matter. 16 total offerings dealt with
Coin offerings, just make all coins purple, at this point if someone is becoming a chest goblin for a few games because of a tome give them an easier time at it, 17 total offerings dealt with.
And just for kicks remove the slightly/moderately more fog addons. No one really uses the fog addons so just leave the less and the most and call it a day. 19 offerings dealt with and the survivor bloodwebs are a lot cleaner.

Really good suggestions. I'd be happy with. They just need to trim off the fat on all these offerings. It's out of control. Although, I would like to see them rework luck or remove it from the game. And what you mentioned was just offerings. That doesn't include all these dang on add ons. It's exhausting just thinking about.

Yeah, honestly some big changes id like to see in dbd are condensing a lot of survivor addons / offerings (so they get more items) and adding shared inventory for survivor items / addons / offerings and killer offerings so I end up thinking about this a lot

Fog offerings are the worse did they ever fix stacking them on Eyrie and making it impossible to see survivors

I rarely see Fog offerings used and wasn't aware this was an issue, but probably not, unless I missed it in the patch notes.

may simply ask to replace all brown, yellow and green items, as well as additions, with similar purple and red analogues

Initially, the maniac receives 3 times more blood points, which almost guarantees in each match those additions that the maniac wants
