Hack the Mainframe Achievement broken (ps4)

Attached is a video of me doing the command center generator and then escaping and not getting the achievement. This is the second time this has happened in the past week. I have a video of the first attempt as well but it is on my ps4 and would be more difficult for me to fetch but would be possible if need be. I can attach photo proof that I do not have the achievement unlocked but I don't think that is really necessary as me lying on that aspect makes no sense. Not sure if there are different spawns inside the command center that could affect this but for this to happen twice is an issue. Excuse the weird conversation and language used, sorry about that.
