Head On Change
When using Head On you can enter a Locker without noise. This has a cooldown of ~15 sec. No additional changes.
I noticed that Head On is the only exhaustion Perk that you have to use in combination with annother Perk (Quick&Quiet) to effectivly use in a chase.
This limits the use of Head On.
I think with this change you will see alot more Head On and it frees a Perkslot for something else.
There are alot of Maps with very few Locker and alot of them are in bad places.
When you get one of those bad Maps atleast you have 3 Perks and half of your Build is not completely useless.
TLDR: Add a mini Quick and Quiet to Head On (only for Lockers) with a cooldown so you are not forced to use Quick&Quiet everytime you want to use Head On.

So quick and quiet is just useless now? Your version has even a shorter cooldown than quick and quiet and it is basically never used for the stealth vault build d with dance with me...

Head-On already has a bad rep with being abuse by Bully Squads. Let's not change it.

Head On isn't meant to be a perk used in chase to start with. It's actually a perk meant to be used to stop a chase involving one your teammate and to counter locker grabs.

With enough time you can fast vault and the killer won't be able to grab you in time, but yeah otherwise you need quick and quiet.
Generally speaking I think the number of perks we have is too much and some weaker perks should just be combined to be more useful, but I don't think they will go this way.

You can’t “abuse” head on.
The term “abuse” and “bully squad” are so loosely thrown, it’s ridiculous.

Personally I think the one change Head On needs is to have the activation timer of 3 seconds start immediately when you start entering the locker, instead of only starting after you are fully in the locker. This would make the perk a bit better without Quick and Quiet.

It is a niche perk at best, in combination with perks like head on and deception it can be nice, but if you only want to use it to generate more of a 50 50 in your favor when vaulting windows... I don't know, I think it is only good in combination with other perks, which makes it niche.

People who use head on likely won't want to use quick and quiet anyway as it's generally something you use in chase or when you want to distract the killer and so need them know where you are. So, I don't actually think this will add anything to the perk those who use it will want. Plus, It also doesn't give you a silent vault which imo is the stronger part of Q&Q.

I don't know, I find the low time span on dance with me a little bit annoying... Also doesnt it have 40 sec cd compared to the 20 of quick and quiet? So you don't even get the combo every time?

I think the perk is fine as is and your change whilst not invalidating quick and quiet, still does make it a bit too similar which I think is the main issue. If quick and quiet was not in the game then I would say this is a fine change.
