PC - Steam

Brought the stranger things DLC through steam, opened dbd and the stranger things skins etc are gone and I can not buy them. I also get the default trailer instead of the stranger things trailer. This occurs whenever I open the game and uninstalling the DLC doesnt work either. Neither does restarting steam.
