Is it bugged? after about 6 matches i only have 12 seconds of co-op progress even though i know for a fact i helped someone complete 2 generators from 0% i think the 12 seconds only applied when helping to heal someone off a hook with another survivor.

It's broken, delete it and try the next one. It only counts towards helping another survivor heal someone else at the moment0
