I have currently seen this with both Wesker and Nemesis I have not tested with any other killer but sometimes when you're buying your blood web and you complete a level the next level will not load and after a couple minutes it boots you back to the main menu saying that it couldn't update your blood web my Wesker and Nemesis are Prestige zero. When I experienced it with Wesker I had it happen three times back to back on the same level and then it fixed itself
