PC - Crossplay party with PS5 keeps disconnecting

Step 1 : Join party with PS5 player
Step 2 : Begin looking for match
Step 3 : PS5 player will join a match separately from PC player while PC player remains in party lobby, with both characters saying out of match and matchmaking still in progress
Step 4 : Both players leave party and try to rejoin only to see the "Join/Invite to party" options are greyed out
This will continue to happen even after both players have fully closed and restarted DBD.
