Nightmare Edition PS4 Upgrade

Currently the Stranger Things Content is back, that's really great. But I can't upgrade the dlc for my ps5 version. Shattered Bloodline, Curtain Call, Stranger Things Chapter and the cosmetic Head Case are still missing in the ps5 version. And the store want from me to buy all the stuff again. I paid for the nightmare edition, so why I should buy now all again in the store?
In the description of the dlcs it says that if you own the disk version with the dlcs or the digital dlcs of the ps4 version, that you can then upgrade the ps5 version of the dlc for free. But that doesn't work because the store tells me I don't have the content and although the dlcs are listed as installed, it even shows me the ps4 version to buy new.
