Dredge Nightfall: window normally light up

During Dredges Nightfall, there is a window, like you can see on the pictures, which is not affected by Dredges power. The window stays bright as normal while everything is dark around it.
I don't know exactly when this happens, but it only happened 2 times. The first time was on 2nd October 2023 and the second time on 8th November 2023. It was always during Dredges Nightfall. I play on Epic Games Store, but friends on Steam and Nintendo Switch also saw the first window. The only perk which I used
