Im starting to find Glyphs annoying

Like the glyph itself is fine, but why make challenges for both Red and Purple Glyphs for example that take several games to complete? and you often have to go out of your way to find these, and dont get me started on that dumb Green one.
They should either respawn in the match or being only once per challenge.
