Yo fresh new player here. I wants some tips

How do I check what status my character has been effected like debuff or buffs. The game just show some icons which I dont understand without any given infomations. The game should add the informations when pause with esc to check out what status u got

    there is a tab in the menu (it seems to be called first staps)opening guide There are all the effects.

    Along the menu tip already given, I think in most cases the perks/addons from the killer in the end-game screen also has a short description of the status effect - though both infos are not available in-game…

    The above is the extent of it - reading/learning after the fact.

    In time, you'll learn what the icons mean, and that's the only thing that will help - note what happens and what icons appear, and remember what the do. The most common you'll see are Hemorrhaged (a drop of blood) and Mangled (a bone snapped in half). The occult-looking triangle tells you something is happening either to you or to gameplay due to a Hex totem. The eyeball means you have Blindness and cannot see auras aside from killer items (e.g. Pig's trap removal stations).
