Windowed Fullscreen makes the game very small.

I reinstalled my Windows a few days ago and since then if i try to play Windowed my game is like this, i reinstalled my GPU driver twice, and the game once, yet no fix even ALT+ENTER doesn't fix it (i can't play Fullscreen since my game crashes if I alt-tab) and this is only in DBD other games work just fine. And when i hit play my entire screen swiches to 640x800 then after the anti-cheat goes away my screen gets to native resolution (1920x1080)
