Nurse Double Blink with Matchbox

With Nurse's Matchbox add-on that reduces her blinks to one, it is possible to get a second blink.
Step 1. Use the Matchbox add-on
Step 2. Down a survivor
Step 3. Blink with Last Breath
Step 4. Pick up the survivor while Last Breath is on cooldown
While the survivor is being carried, a second blink should recharge and function as it normally would.
This issue seems to be 100% consistent.
