120 fps and fullscreen setting keeps resetting?

For some reason my 120 fps and the fullscreen setting keep resetting? I already changed everything in the Gamesettings and saved them so why does it reset every time I restart the game… and is there a fix to it? I have the WindowsClient.

Make sure the config file is not set to read only.

How to change it?

Once you have the config file, right click it and click on Properties. After that, move your mouse down the Properties window to find attributes and you'll find the Read-only toggle. Click that and then click apply on the bottom right. Once you've done that, the settings should stay.
