How to shake survivor meta in a few easy nerfs.

1) Adrenalin: CAN NOT be pocketed.
2) Sprint Burst: You have to run for "n" meters to use it.
3) Windows: gets blocked whenever you are in chase or not.
4) Decisive Strike: No more skill checks, pressing ability botton will fill wiggle gauge to 50/55/60%.

    2) Can't see it as a buff, you have to position urself so you can run those meters without getting hit.
    3) Any type of Vaulting through windows will count and be blocked, in chase or not.
    Small thing, but would help in window loops.
    4) 40/45/50%... i don't know.

    1) maybe it should just heal one health state and not get a speed boost
    2) it'd be hard to program that, I'd think. 
    3) what's the time frame and does or include when you first enter the house if you crawl through the window? It may ruin stealth if they crawl through the window and it closes, making noise. Windows can be mind gamed, too
    4) I'm up for this idea, but I believe the perk is referring to the scene in the movie where Laurie stabbed Michael to get away.

    1. No and instead it shouldn't heal you up from the ground nor activate while on the hook unless it's a Deliverance like effect. You're basically exposed and if wounded it only gives you a sprint Burst.

    2. No because a killer can just game you from running in a straight line to activate it, oh and Billy says hi.

    3. No for obvious reasons and if you want a window blocked you either use the in game mechanic or Bamboozle. You're not entitled to a free window/vault block just because you want an easier chase/down.

    4. Better to change it to a stun based mechanic and as far as making the skill check smaller won't matter since Red ranks already hit Ruin great checks. If you fill up the wiggle meter then the killer gets his hook sabo'd right in front of him person jumps off and is still free.
