only if they remove the main buildings and reduce the number of pallets to ~10 on each map, and move them 20 meters apart from each other. wiggle shouldn't be useful as long as the survivors have looping and the ability to stall for time in the chase. Why should a survivor who knows how to loop killer still have a chance to get out?
