Dredge changes

Otz currently has Dredge in C+ tier. He mentioned that the more he plays the killer, the more problems he notices with him (Otz is currently doing winstreaks on Dredge). Based on the issues Otz mentioned, I suggest these changes:

  • The locker teleport should have a lower maximum time and should be faster to let him use it in chase. The time it takes to teleport to a locker far across the map is completely absurd. In chase, cutting a survivor off with a locker tp is pointless most of the time.
  • Dredge's chase is too weak. If multiple loops can be chained, he has no chase power as survivors can just leave the loop. My suggestion is to make it so Dredge is not slowed down during Nightfall when holding his power. I feel like Nightfall is too weak for an ultimate ability, especially on maps with poor locker spread
  • Make it so he teleports to the locker he selects and not the one that is locked

    dredge is not good. His 3 problems are

    1) Nightfall is not strong enough for the limit use. Needs more utility. The main aspect that nightfall empowers is his teleport but his teleport is dependent on locker placement. What could fix his map dependency is making it that dredge spawns nightfall reminents randomly on the map like old trapper traps where dredge can teleport to them like locker teleporting. this would make him so much more versatile on every map.

    2) He is loud in nightfall. Terrible stealth killer. Just reducing his ambient noise would do a lot.

    3) His anti-loop is too easy to shift-w. He relies on cornering the survivor to get guaranteed hits. too slow. I am not sure how to fix this problem. I find his anti-loop uninspiring. I would prefer to rework it to something else.

    I hope devs buff the Dredge's movement speed while he is using remnant.

    Dredge is one of my favorite killers in the game but he is, frankly, a mess to play as. He needs work. Trickster is getting a whole slew of overtuned buffs, surely they can spare a little attention for Dredge.

    the only changes dredge should have is faster lock breaking, and make it so you cannot hear him from a mile away and through walls

    • Make him quieter so you can’t track his exact location through walls.
    • Add more lockers so that there isn’t massive dead zones where his TP can’t even reach.
    • Add Haddie’s Calendar base kit.
    • Make teleporting in Daytime faster.
    • Maybe even make it so Dredge can activate Nightfall when they want to. So if it’s fully charged they can press a button to activate when it’s most convenient rather than have it activate automatically
    • Give him a little hat.

    Also it’s devastating to see Freddy in last place. He really needs something too :(

    ok normally im not one to complain. * takes breath as a dredge main * HOW ABOUT A LIMIT ON HOW MANY LOCKERS CAN BE LOCKED AT A TIME !!! . quite litterally last 15 matches almost EVERY LOCKER WAS LOCKED surviors have ( at least in matches i have played, ) waited on gens and went almost around the whole match locking the lockers. i have goten to the point of as soon as i see a surv lock a locker before A SINGLE GEN i borderline tunnel them for being RUDE AF. sorry had to get that off my chest.

    It is also sad that literally stealth even non nightfall stealth like stealth perks are terrible on him and do not work because of his loud wheezing.
