Hag is stronger though needs more experience/is definitely situational and map dependent and can be destroyed by a coordinated team easily.

Doctor is more beginner friendly, timing the shock to prevent pallets/vaults may still need experience though and give somewhat a skill floor. He is easier to get into killer in general though as he is 4.6 in movement speed while Hag slower and more dependent on her power/survivor mistakes.

Perkwise he is not worth it. Genetic Limits is pretty bad, while forced hesitation and machine learning is very situnational.

Singularity by itself is a good killer. He is not a good beginner killer because you nearly have to use always his podspower to spread infection and cannot "chill" a moment. You must make good decisions when to teleport and when not. Map knowledge is also important to put pods on a good place and knowing where the sluppy cases are is also good. Another issue is that he is map depented as indoormaps hurt him alot. Year, there is much to learn about him and you need to spend time on him to know the tricks and how he works. The issue is at the end when you know everything about him, he is still weaker than some other killers.

However, he is still a strong and funny killer. It feels satisfying when you get a good teleport snipe via pods or can keep the infection pressure up.

Overall, if you want a challenge and a funny killer I would recommend him but if you looking for a strong and "easy to play" killer don't play him.

I'm voting for Doctor.

After Hag got those new shoes, she started acting like she was better than everyone else. I'm so sick of her. It's a shame she wasn't in the void when the damn thing closed for the last time.
