Which cosmetics should be exclusive

I dont mind exclusive cosmetics, HOWEVER they should never be purchase only.
I see people upset about event cosmetics coming back which is valid because those cosmetics show you actually sat and played the game during that time and got that cosmetics, thats the biggest difference between event exclusive cosmetics and FOMO shop cosmetics. All me wearing Feng Min's lunar rabbit outfit shows is I had 10 bucks during the time it was out, nothing more.
Personally, I believe cosmetics should only be limited time if you can actually earn the cosmetic (not buy it) during the time in which its available. But what do you guys think? Should BHVR stick with the current FOMO system or should we move away from exclusives all together?
