Dedicated server is not responding...

I was playing normally in the game with survivors after 5 minutes later my screen stuck and something appear dedicated server is not responding and we all got disconnected from lobby after that I received cooldown for 6 hours really? it's my fault if your dead by daylight servers are bad.
